Africans As Victims Of Copyright Infringement

Copyright Infringement is not solely an African thing, neither is piracy. After much research, I have come to realize that some Africans (as has been the norm even into other areas) have been been victims of copyright Infringement. What's more, but I will use this author, Okechukwu C. Ezechi, as a case study. Okechukwu is the author of Diora (Complete Season One), Agent Black - 1966, Sid - The Way Out, Bloodline, Chicken Diary, etcetera. He published his books on Amazon Kindle and fixed the prices at a minimum of $3 and a maximim of $15, depending on the book in question.
His books are getting reviews, although they may not be considered bestsellers.
However, it is appalling to find out his books are being marketed on a site (an Australian site by the name Dymock), at exorbitant prices than one can ever imagine. According to him, he did not give them permission to publish his books on their site.
Another site, Barnes and Nobles, have being marketing his book Diora - Complete Season One, without any prior consent.
It's appalling because he has only permitted Amazon to sell his books.
Of course he is aware that Amazon have extensions in other countries/languages, however they're purely Amazon marketing outlets.
